โ Unexpected Meditations โ
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in. Hold it for a moment, and then slowly exhale. Now, imagine that you're a potato. A big, round, fluffy potato, just chilling in a field of other potatoes. You feel the sun on your skin, and the gentle breeze rustling your leaves. You are completely at peace, content to just be a potato.
As you continue to meditate, you begin to feel a sense of gratitude wash over you. You're grateful for your potato-ness, for your place in the world, and for the simple fact that you exist. You know that you are exactly where you are supposed to be, and everything is perfect just as it is.
But then, suddenly, you hear a loud noise! It's the farmer, coming to harvest the potatoes! You panic for a moment, wondering what's going to happen to you. But then you remember that you are just a potato, and potatoes are meant to be harvested. You let go of your fear and surrender to the farmer's hand.
As you're lifted from the ground and placed into a basket, you realize that this is just another part of being a potato. You are not just a potato, but a journey, a story. You will be transformed and become a delicious meal, nourishing someone's body and bringing them joy. You are grateful for the opportunity to serve, and you let go of any attachment to your potato form.
And as you continue to meditate, you find yourself laughing at the absurdity of it all. You are a potato, having a spiritual awakening! How silly and wonderful.
Take one more deep breath in, and when you exhale, slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed, grateful, and maybe just a little bit funnier. Namaste, potato.
