π―From Drug Dealer to Duck Dynasty Disciple: How the Robertsons Helped Turn a Life Around!

Meet Bryan Rucker, a guy who had a wild ride from being a drug dealer to finding faith and turning his life around, all thanks to the famous Duck Dynasty's Robertson family. At one point, Bryan was making loads of money selling illegal stuff, but then he got caught and ended up in jail.
After being released, his life was a bit of a mess. He was just trying to make a living for his kid, and he didn't want to go back to his old ways. So, he applied for a job at the Duck Commander company, run by the Robertson family, and to his surprise, they hired him!
The Robertson family didn't judge Bryan; instead, they showed him love and gave him a chance. He started working for them and attending church with the family. But here's the twist: Bryan was living a double life, talking about Jesus during the day and making some not-so-great choices at night.
One day, he got in trouble again and wondered why God was letting this happen to him. He had a moment of realization: he couldn't ride the fence between good and bad. That's when things changed. The Robertsons bailed him out of jail, helped him get his life together, and even hired him back when he messed up.
Through their support, Bryan found a new path and became an addiction counselor, helping others who were going through tough times, just like he did. Thanks to the Robertson family's love and grace, Bryan turned his life around and now owns the very sober-living houses he once lived in. It just goes to show, with a little help and a lot of love, even the messiest situations can turn out okay!

π― From Rock Bottom to the Stars: Ashley's Inspirational Journey to Sobriety Shines Bright!

Meet Ashley Kibler, a remarkable woman who's gone from the rough streets to the path of sobriety. At 31 years old, she's got quite a story to share during National Recovery Month. Ashley's journey started in Cedar Springs, where she first bumped into drugs and alcohol in high school. It was all fun and games back then, but things quickly took a wrong turn when she hit college. The party scene turned into a bumpy road of addiction.
But guess what? Ashley decided she'd had enough of being "sick and tired of being sick and tired." She crossed that invisible line and started her recovery five years ago. She went to a couple of rehabs, with Ten16 being the latest.
Now, here's the kicker: In Michigan, in 2020, drug poisonings led to 2,759 deaths! Yikes! And it's not just the grown-ups; young folks, even as young as 18, were battling alcohol and substance abuse.
Ashley's been sober since September 1, 2022. She admits her recovery wasn't a smooth ride; there were bumps, relapses, and all. But she's come out stronger and learned that loving herself is the key.
Ashley's future? She's all about bridging the gap between the law and mental health, making sure people with addiction and mental health issues get help instead of jail time. She's a real champion for recovery and mental health. Go, Ashley! π
