By ditching the alcohol and finding more time and energy to crush personal goals.
When it comes to fitness, Jackās workout advice is simple but solid. He says, āMaster the basics firstāāthink squats, deadlifts, and pull-upsāuntil youāre strong enough for the next challenge. Once youāve got the basics down, you can add more exercises without getting overwhelmed. His Ultimate Workout Split 2.0 is perfect for those ready to take things up a notch, but donāt worry, itās still simple. No need for complicated routinesājust tried-and-true moves that work. šÆ#3 From Hangovers to Heavy Lifts: How Mat Fraser Ditched Booze and Dominated CrossFit!

Mat Fraser, the king of CrossFit, traded booze for barbells at age 17, and it paid off big time! Before earning the title of Fittest Man on Earth (five times!), Fraser had a rough start. He experimented with drugs and alcohol as young as fourth grade. By the time he got an underage drinking ticket before his senior year, his dad wasnāt even surprised anymore. That āyikesā moment made Fraser rethink his life choices.
He decided to go all-in on fitness instead of partying. Picture this: teenage Mat running a mile to the gym at 5 a.m., lifting weights, running home, catching the school bus, then hitting the gym again after class. Oh, and squeezing in a third workout at night. Talk about dedication!
Fraser says his "addictive personality" works wonders when focused on healthy habits. Turns out, channeling your energy into greatness can be pretty powerful!
šÆ#4 Heroin to Handstands: Joe Mardovichās Epic Comeback Story!
Meet Joe Mardovich, a 26-year-old ninja-in-training who turned his life from chaos to calisthenics. After losing his dad in 9/11, Joe spiraled into drug use at 16, dabbling in everything from marijuana to daily heroin injections. Along the way, a gnarly car accident left him with more broken bones than a skeleton after a fall. Fitness first entered his life through physical therapy, but his gym routine didnāt stickāthanks, heroin.
Then came 2016: a broken ankle and a broken spirit. But instead of sinking further, Joe crutched his way into the gym. Cue the handstands, salmon ladders, and a whole lot of inspiration. By 2018, Joe was competing on American Ninja Warrior, proving to himselfāand everyone elseāthat resilience beats any obstacle, physical or emotional. Now a Tier 3 trainer, Joe helps others achieve their fitness goals, living proof that nothingānot even addictionācan stop him.
šÆ #5 How Yoga Helped Anjali Turn Her Life Around ā From Addiction to Empowerment!

Anjali Talcherkar started her battle with addiction at 15 and spent years in and out of treatment. Her turning point came after losing a loved one to an overdose, inspiring her to seek purpose and health. This journey led her to India, where she met her guru, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, and discovered the life-changing power of yoga and Ayurveda.
Yoga became her new addictionāa healthy one! From holding tough poses to holding her life together, yoga taught her resilience and focus. Anjali used this strength to earn a Ph.D., create the Art of Recovery program, and coach others in overcoming addiction.
Her motto? Recovery is an art, not a one-size-fits-all solution. As a recovery advocate, Anjali now champions holistic approaches to help underserved communities find their own paths to healing. Yoga might start on the mat, but for Anjali, it transformed her entire life.
