โœ’ Unexpected Meditations โœ’

Sit comfortably in your favorite chair, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Now imagine yourself on a beautiful beach, the sun is shining, the waves are crashing, and you're feeling totally relaxed.

Suddenly, you hear a loud honk from a passing seagull. You open your eyes and see that the seagull has landed on your beach chair and is staring at you with beady eyes.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" you ask the seagull.

"I'm meditating," the seagull replies with a smug grin.

You can't help but laugh. "But you're a seagull, not a human!"

The seagull rolls its eyes. "Obviously. But I've been reading up on mindfulness and I figured I'd give it a try. Plus, I've been stressed out from all the tourists throwing breadcrumbs at me."

You shake your head in amusement and decide to join the seagull in its meditation. Together, you focus on your breath and the sound of the waves.

After a few minutes, you hear the seagull let out a loud, satisfied burp.

"Ah, that was relaxing," the seagull says with a grin.

You can't help but chuckle at the absurdity of it all. Who knew that even seagulls could benefit from a good meditation session?
