Close your eyes and take a deep breath in... and out. Imagine yourself in a hot air balloon, rising higher and higher into the sky. As you ascend, you feel all your problems and worries slipping away.

You look down and see your troubles shrinking into tiny specks on the ground. Suddenly, you realize you left your phone charger at home, and your phone battery is at 1%. But you let out a little chuckle because up here, your phone and its problems don't matter anymore.

You continue to rise, and the world below takes on a new perspective. You see things you've never seen before, like a rooftop garden or a hidden alleyway. You even spot a clown riding a unicycle, and you can't help but laugh out loud.

You feel weightless and carefree, and you realize that sometimes it takes a new vantage point to appreciate the beauty in life. And just as you're basking in this newfound perspective, you hear a strange noise. You open your eyes to find your cat meowing loudly at you, perched on your chest. You realize you've been meditating for so long, you fell asleep and had a dream about a hot air balloon.

You can't help but laugh at the absurdity of it all. But then you close your eyes again, and this time, you picture yourself soaring in a giant teacup, floating above a sea of whipped cream. Hey, it's your meditation, and you can fly however you want!
