As you look up at the giant, you notice that it has your face. You are the giant! See yourself standing tall, powerful, and unshakable. Feel the strength and confidence coursing through your body.
Now, imagine that your anxiety is represented by a small, silly looking creature, like a cartoon character. See the creature approaching you, but instead of feeling scared, you laugh. You reach down, pick up the creature and playfully toss it in the air like a beach ball.
You are in control, and your giant warrior self can handle anything that comes your way. Take one last deep breath in, and release it with a big, satisfying sigh. Remember to tap into your inner giant warrior whenever you need a boost of confidence and strength to conquer your anxiety.
