โ Unexpected Meditations โ
Good Morning. Now close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Feel the tension melting away from your body as you sink deeper into relaxation.
Now, imagine yourself on a beautiful beach, surrounded by crystal clear water and soft, white sand. The sun is shining down on you, and you can feel the warmth on your skin. You're feeling so relaxed, you could almost fall asleep right here in the sand.
But wait! Suddenly, you hear a loud, boisterous voice shouting in your ear. "Hey, wake up! This is supposed to be a meditation, not a nap! Get your lazy butt up and do something productive!"
You open your eyes and see a clown standing in front of you, juggling three beach balls. "Come on, let's get this party started!" he says, tossing a ball your way.
You laugh and shake your head, but the clown is insistent. "Come on, just try it! You'll feel better, I promise."
So you give in and start juggling with the clown, laughing and having a good time. You realize that this funny, unexpected twist on your meditation has brought a sense of joy and playfulness to your day.
And as you continue to juggle and laugh, you realize that sometimes, the best way to relax and find inner peace is to let go and have a little fun.
Take one last deep breath, and when you're ready, slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
