Good Morning. Close your eyes and imagine yourself on a beautiful tropical island. The sun is shining, the breeze is gentle, and the birds are chirping. Suddenly, you notice a monkey swinging from tree to tree. He's got a big smile on his face and seems to be having the time of his life.

As you watch him, you feel a sense of lightness and joy spreading through your body. The monkey stops in front of you and looks directly into your eyes. He reaches out his hand and offers you a piece of fruit. You take it, and as you take a bite, you feel an instant burst of positive energy.

The monkey starts to dance, and you can't help but smile. You start to dance along with him, letting the positive energy flow through you. You feel lighter and happier with every step.

As the dance comes to an end, the monkey jumps back into the trees, and you're left feeling refreshed and full of positive energy. You can carry this positive energy with you as you continue on your recovery journey, shining light and spreading joy wherever you go.

Take a deep breath and when you're ready, slowly open your eyes. Remember, you've got the power to create positive energy and light in your life, no matter what obstacles you may face on your recovery journey. Namaste.
