Welcome to todayโ€™s meditation. Now close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Imagine yourself floating in a pool of warm, fluffy marshmallows. You feel completely relaxed and at peace. Now, imagine a giant, fluffy pink unicorn galloping towards you. It dips its head down and gives you a big, wet kiss on the cheek. You can't help but giggle with joy.

Now, imagine that the unicorn is holding a tray of freshly baked cookies in its magical horn. The delicious aroma wafts towards you, making your mouth water. The unicorn offers you a cookie, and you take a big bite. It's the most delicious cookie you've ever tasted.

As you savor the cookie, the unicorn starts to sing a silly song in its sweet, high-pitched voice. You can't help but laugh and sing along. You feel completely happy and at ease, and all of your worries and stresses disappear.

So remember, whenever you need to relax and unwind, just imagine a giant, fluffy pink unicorn and a tray of freshly baked cookies, and let the silly, magical vibes take over. Namaste!
